Cuban-American rapper Pitbull is being sued by embattled actress Lindsay Lohan for mentioning her name in his number one single “Give Me Everything” feature and written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack.
The actress has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that the song disparages her name.
“Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tiptoein’ to keep flowin’/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan,” Pitbull raps on the single off his latest album Planet Pit.
According to TMZ, Lohan is upset over the lyrics on which Pitbull makes reference to her jail stint. The embattled starlet claims that “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”
Lohan states that she is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild.”
The suit was filed under New York civil rights laws, which protects individuals from being exploited for commercial purposes. She want to stop the song from playing and is asking for unspecified damages.
