Alicia Keys recently co-host the 3rd annual Keep a Child Alive Black Ball at London’s Camden Roundhouse with producer Mark Ronson. The 30-year-old philanthropist sashayed down the red carpet in a black strapless gown with husband Swizz Beatz, who matched his wife in an all-black tux. Guests included Jay Sean and an unshaven Tinie Tempah.
