Reggae veteran George Nooks is reportedly recovering well after a slight injury in Canada last week while attending the Reggae Achievement Music Awards in Toronto.
A rep for the singer told Urban Islandz he is doing well since the incident that left him limping on stage during his performance.
“Initially we were thinking he should cancelled his performance at the Awards but Nooks is a true professional, he keep saying his voice isn’t where that is injured,” the rep told Urban Islandz. “He visit his doctor afterwards and thankfully his injuries are not very serious, he is doing much better and is looking forward to shows in the summer.”
The rep added that Nooks thank fans and well wishers for their support.
