It seems Eminem was planning a big takedown in the rap game a few years ago, after a leaked track hit the net earlier this week.
The leaked track called “I Get Money” shows Eminem other side Slim Shady going at Jay-Z and Kanye West hard.
On the track, Em is heard rhyming over 50 Cent’s 2007 hit’s instrumental.
At the beginning of the track, Eminem proclaims his return — which never came until 2009 — before calling out Jay-Z and Kanye with a short bar.
“They keep on saying the same rappers are the best / Jay-Z and Kanye West,” he spits. “Maybe they’re just trying to distract you from the fact that I’m coming back / Or maybe it’s cause I ain’t black / Maybe it’s because of that / Maybe it’s because I’m the highest selling artist in rap.”
