Do you think Rihanna should stop entertaining questions regarding her infamous beat down by Chris Brown?
RiRi seems to think so, what do you think? You may reply in comments below.
After a Twitter user told Rihanna, “It’s time u stopped talking about the situation with chris in interviews. How r people gonna move on,” the R&B singer replied she felt the same way.
“AGREED! People won’t stop askin abt it,” she Tweeted. “Its [expletive] annoying! Nobody wants to relive that, but some ppl can’t respect that!”
She later added, “I get it, they wanna raise awareness to young girls! But it ends up just makin me look bitter, pitiful, spiteful and angry!”
Rihanna’s former boyfriend and R&B singer, Chris Brown, was sentenced last year to five years of probation, six months of community service and domestic violence counseling after pleading guilty for attacking Rihanna in February 2009.
“A year ago, I was very confused,” ELLE magazine quoted the R&B and pop singer as saying in an interview published in its July 2010 issue. “Because he was my best friend. All of a sudden, one night changed our whole lives — not only our friendship, but our lives. I wanted to wake up one day and just not have that pain anymore. I wanted to be with him again or get over him — it was either-or. I just didn’t want to feel the pain, the confusion.”
Rihanna has moved on with new boyfriend, Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers and is set to make her feature film debut in “Battleship”, which is based on the popular board game.
Rihanna is at the top of her career with record billboard number ones. So do you think its time to bury the incident for good?
