Dancehall deejay Ghost aka Carlton Hylton was charged with a fine when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court Kingston on Thursday. The dancehall deejay, formerly of Mainstreet Crew was charged with possession of ganja.
This is the reason why Urban Islandz think this is a waste of the judge time.
Ghost fined $100 or 10 days imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to the offence. His fingerprints were ordered taken. And we mean 100 Jamaican dollars not US or Pound.
If these people are serious about enforcing the law then they should look at the sort of fines they impose on people breaking the law.
