Dream Weekend is set to entertain patrons beyond their wildest expectations this year with planned performances from Alkaline, Spice, Capleton, and more.
The star-studded lineup at this year’s ‘larger than life’ event is a perfect blend. Twisted Spiritz is going to be a great kick-off when the queen of the stage, Spice performs. The following night at Yush, the fireman himself, Capleton sets it ablaze, and after that World Vibes should really be a vibe when Alkaline graces us with his presence.
Marketing Director for Dream Entertainment, Carlos Phillpotts told the Gleaner, “For over a decade, we have been the standard-bearers in local entertainment, and that will never change. This year, patrons will have even more performances from the hottest acts and maybe a few surprise celebrity cameos. From the best sponsors to the best event concepts, Dream Weekend 2019 is larger than life.”
Be ready to be right back at it again at Mawning After when Ding Dong comes with the “Good Thing Dem” before Celebrity Playground is shut down by Munga Honorable.
Young breakouts will debut at our water parties. The ‘Chop Chop’ deejay, Takeova will be at Wet and Wild, and Hot Frass will perform at Igloo. We can’t wait to see who will make a surprise appearance as well.
It is true that the annual weeklong getaway has always been the bar held extremely high that other events have been measured against. It’s great to hear that the highly anticipated music festival does not plan on compromising that standard or passing the baton anytime soon.
