Blak Ryno condition has been improving from critical to serious but stable.
The dancehall star is currently getting treatment in a New York hospital for injuries he sustained in a car crash early Wednesday morning in NYC. Initial reports claimed that Blak Ryno, real name Romaine Anderson, died in the accident, but a rep for the deejay later confirmed with Urban Islandz that he was revived by medics who rushed him to a local hospital where he was admitted in critical condition.
The good news is Ryno’s condition has been improving but is still serious. We’re told that doctors may need to perform surgery and he had internal bleeding as well as a head injury. His mother and other family members are currently by his side.
Blak Ryno was one of the original members of the Vybz Kartel led Portmore Empire. The deejay left the group after having a disagreement with Vybz Kartel. Ryno migrated to the United States a few years back and got married. Even though he has been missing from the dancehall scene locally, he was mounting a major comeback before getting into the accident.
