It was his first time going to the Grammys so you know Lil Yachty had to go in style.
The Atlanta rapper rocked some colorful grills and red hair while attending the Grammy awards on Sunday night. Yatchy pretty much went from being a SoundCloud rapper to the Grammys in just a year. But this $35,000 price tag for the rainbow grills would put him among the top spenders to attend the Grammys.
Females usually shell out big bucks on designer gowns to attend these award events but Yachty sure topped some of those big spenders just for blinging out his mouth and it may have worked in his favor because now we are talking about it. TMZ reported that the rapper had someone fly to Los Angeles on Sunday to deliver the grill just a few hours before the Grammys. Each tooth on the grill is a different color and includes “white, blue and yellow diamonds, red rubies, and green emeralds.”
Lil Yatchy received a Grammy nomination in the Best Rap/Sung Performance category. Drake eventually won, but the rap newcomer did had a lot of fun.
