Tekashi 6ix9ine was quickly moved to a new house after his address was leaked allegedly by his neighbors.
It seems Tekashi 6ix9ine has begun the inevitable task of constantly looking over his shoulder and attempting to keep his whereabouts unknown. The disgraced rapper was released early from prison last month due to concerns regarding the spread of coronavirus and has since been presumably laying relatively low. However, Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was not legally required to stay off social media, so fans and haters alike have been able to keep track of him through photos and Instagram Live session. Now it seems that 6ix9ine’s neighbor spotted him standing on a balcony at his most recent address, and his exact location was quickly leaked online, TMZ reported.
Because Tekashi 6ix9ine turned his back on fellow Nine Trey gang members by cooperating with federal authorities in order to receive a shorter sentence, it has been assumed that the rapper would need heightened security upon his release from jail. Now it looks like his reputation as a snitch has him fearing for his life to such a degree that he is forced to move locations as soon as the public catches wind of his whereabouts. It certainly doesn’t seem like a lifestyle he can maintain for much longer.
Despite seeming to be very aware of what the hip hop world thinks of him these days, even making fun of himself routinely, Tekashi69 has also gone out of his way to let the world know that he stands by his decision. In his IG Live debut, 6ix9ine defended his actions, explaining that he doesn’t feel he violated street code by cooperating with authorities because the people he snitched on had already wronged him in several ways. Meanwhile, Tekashi continues to make music that is garnering a lot of attention, even if it is for all the wrong reasons. His single, “Gooba,” was released yesterday.
