Queen of the Dancehall, Spice, posted her own DMX challenge and shut it down!
Over the past week, social media has been going crazy with the new #DMXChallenge. This challenge began as a joke but has since piqued the interest of just about everyone. Many celebrities have undertaken the viral #DMXChallenge since it’s launch. We’ve seen Halle Berry, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and most recently Nicki Minaj, who straight up slaughtered it with her multiple personas. Jamaican Comedian/Youtuber, “Quite Perry,” also shared a hilarious version on his Instagram page aptly titled, ‘When you find out your man is seeing other women..”
Most recently Jamaica’s very own Queen of the dancehall, Spice, threw her hat into the ring. The challenge is a take on DMX‘s hit song ‘What They Really Want’ and it focuses on the notorious second verse during which he calls the names of all the women he has been involved with or interacted. During the video challenge, the individual showcases a different hairstyle or persona for every name that is mentioned in the verse.
Spice is well known for her vast collection of wigs and outfits, so this challenge was done perfectly by her, although in most pictures she was donning her signature blue colored wigs. Her post currently has over 312 thousand views. Fans are loving her challenge with many making fun of the infamous Linda persona, which is a picture of the notorious skin bleaching debacle. The most revered of her images is the last photo, which perfectly depicts her Wakanda persona.
