21 Savage is back to performing for his fans since his ICE bust last month.
The Atlanta rapper performed in front of a packed audience at a Spring Break show on Saturday night at South Padre Island, Texas. 21 Savage proved to us that he still got it as he kept the audience on its feet throughout the entire set. The Slaughter Gang MC went through some of his biggest hits from his vast catalog including “Bank Account,” “No Heart,” and “No Advance” from his collaborative EP, Savage Mode, with producer Metro Boomin.
21 Savage is officially back to doing what he does best, rapping, which is a welcome distraction from his recent headlines. The rapper, whose real name is Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, still has to deal with possible deportation after being accused by ICE authorities of being an illegal immigrant. Nevertheless, the rapper has been getting a lot of support from his celebrity friends and fans. He said deportation to the UK would be his worst nightmare.

21 Savage is working hard to clean up his image while remaining authentic to his core fans. He recently announced plans to get 150 jobs for at-risk teens by the summer of this year. “While my #1 song was called ‘Bank Account,’ growing up, I knew almost nothing about bank accounts,” Savage said in a statement released to XXL.
“As I have gotten smarter about financial management, I realize how empowering it is to control your money rather than be controlled by it. I want to help kids with a background similar to mine to get smart about their money.”
