Nicki Minaj appears to take a swipe at Drake and Ariana Grande while defending Kanye West amidst more talks of his mental health.
Kanye West tweet storm seems to be never-ending, and now other celebrities are getting involved. When she dropped her new song on Friday, Ariana Grande sent out a tweet calling out Kanye for arguing on Twitter. Ye now claps back saying that she is using the moment to promote her new song.
“All of this foolishness weighed on my mental health so @ArianaGrande you know I got love for you but until you’re ready to really make sure everyone’s ok don’t use me or this moment to promote a song,” Kanye West tweeted.
Ye also attacked Drake once again for seemingly dissing Kid Cudi when he was in a hospital for his mental health. “Drake verbally attacked Cudi when he was in the hospital and went at me after TMZ because I decided to release albums in June Is snowballed and he refused to meet with me but texted my mother in law and did sneak disses on peoples records that I consider family,” the G.O.O.D. Music rapper added.
Nicki Minaj, who is currently not on speaking terms with Drake, chimed in on Twitter to defend Kanye West. “We can be so insensitive. God bless Kanye & Pete. Being flippant about mental illness speaks more about you than them. Stop saying the word love & live it. Love is an action,” Nicki tweeted.

Nicki Minaj fans also come to her defense amidst a back and forth with some of her critics. “Nicki isn’t ‘siding’ with anyone.. Pete and Kanye obviously aren’t in a good mental state right now and y’all aren’t taking it serious… She’s just directing some love towards them. She hasn’t done anything wrong,” one of her Stans wrote.
“You don’t have to defend me. I’m not afraid of internet trolls, blogs, artists. I don’t jump on band wagons. Many will never know what it feels like to have a mind of their own,” Nicki responded.
