R. Kelly is facing a new lawsuit for an alleged sexual assault and failure to disclosed STD.
Faith Rodgers filed a lawsuit in New York City claiming that R. Kelly sexually assaulted her and gave her herpes. TMZ reported that Rodgers claimed in her legal documents that she met the R&B legend in March of last year in NYC. She claimed that the singer flew her out to San Antonia where he had a concert and after his performance, he came to her hotel room where he initiated an unwanted sexual contact.
Rodgers says the sexual contact was unwanted and abusive because he called her boring in bed. As if that wasn’t enough, the female claimed that R. Kelly gave her herpes and he did not disclose the STD to her before.
She says they dated for about a year during which she endured mental, verbal and sexual abused by the singer. She describes situations where he locked up inside cars, rooms, and even studios as a means to punish her for not fulfilling his sexual needs.
The allegations describe what we’ve been hearing about R. Kelly’s sex cult ring that he has been running in Georgia with a bunch of young women.
