Popcaan drops the first single “Body So Good” from his upcoming album Forever.
The Unruly Boss is currently getting ready to drop his sophomore album this summer and in the meantime, you can get a taste of what’s to come. The party anthem “Body So Good” features the dancehall hitmaker showcasing his versatility over a dancehall beat produced by Dre Skull of Mixpak Records.
“Baby, me can’t stand you sometimes / But me still love your waistline / We argue all the time / Girl you are one of a kind / Anyhow, your body is so good / Your body is so right,” Popcaan sings.
Aside from recording new music for his album, Popcaan is currently getting ready to make his movie debut in The Intent sequel set to premiere on Netflix this summer. The movie crew was in Jamaica earlier this year this year and the movie director Nicky Walker praise Popcaan for his acting chops.
“You would never think that he has never done acting before,” Walker said. “His ability is amazing on screen the way he performs, the level he performs like he has don 10 movies. He takes the take and he remembers his lines exactly the same on every take, he is amazing.”
