Drake dedicated a segment of his show in the U.K. on Monday night to wish Rihanna a happy birthday.
The Bajan pop star celebrated her 29th birthday on Monday (Feb 20) and Drizzy seems like he was having a reminiscing moment on stage so he paid tribute to his ex-girlfriend. The Toronto rapper performed a handful of their previous collaborations including their last year chart topper “Work.” He also performed “Too Good” and “Take Care.”
Drake and Rihanna had a bitter split last year but it seems like Drizzy is not holding any hard feelings towards the pop star. She made multiple appearances on his Summer Sixteen tour in the U.S. last year and also joined the rapper on his last European tour. But don’t count on seeing her on this tour this time around. Drake has been rumored to be dating Jennifer Lopez, something that appears to angered Rihanna and her crew when the news broke in December. She even unfollowed JLo on Instagram seemingly ending their friendship.
