Kanye West may have some legal troubles on his hands over his latest album “The Life of Pablo” being exclusively released on TIDAL and then suddenly on Apple Music and Spotify.
Ye released the highly anticipated album back in February and famously tweeted that he will never make the album available on Apple Music or Spotify, strictly only on TIDAL.

“My album will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale… You can only get it on Tidal,” he wrote on Twitter.
Over the last few weeks the album slowly made its way onto all the other major music streaming services, as well as, on Kanye’s website.
Now one fan has decided to file a class action lawsuit against Kanye West claiming that he and some 2 million other fans were tricked into signing up to TIDAL to get a copy of the album.
TMZ reported that Baker-Rhett said in his suit that he was conned by Kanye West into forking out $9.99 for a month of TIDAL subscription.
