Nicki Minaj is still reaping huge success from her new single “Anaconda” two months after she released the track.
Nicki Minaj announced via her Instagram page this week that “Anaconda” has officially sold over a million copies and is certified platinum.

“Just released on UK iTunes and is now certified #Platinum in America #Anaconda #PolowDaDon #DaInternz,” Nicki Minaj wrote on Instagram.
the single has also hit the UK iTunes chart.
After releasing the official music video for “Anaconda” the video shattered Vevo records for music video views in 24 hours. The video has since amassed over 240 million views on YouTube / Vevo.
Nicki Minaj is putting in the finishing touches on her highly anticipated third album The PinkPrint, due on November 24.
