Chris Brown was arrested last week Friday just moments after he was kicked out of a Malibu rehab facility.
According to reports, Brown was ejected after breaking the rules twice. At one moment he got too close to a female in the facility another moment he refused a drug test.

Chris Brown will also be staying behind bars until April 23 when he will have his next court hearing. At that time a Los Angeles judge will determine if he violate his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
At his last hearing the judge told his lawyer that he is found guilty of assault in a Washington D.C. case he will be held for violation of his probation.
He could be sent to prison for up to four years.
