Lil Wayne Released From A LA Hospital After Almost A Week [DETAILS]

YMCMB rapper Lil Wayne was released from Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai hospital on Monday evening.

Young Money president Mack Maine confirmed that Weezy was released via Twitter.

“Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!! @LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home….God is great,” Mack Maine tweeted.

Lil Wayne spent six days in intensive care after suffering multiple seizures last week Tuesday.

According to reports, his seizures may have caused from a drug overdose after consuming sizzurp.

Lil Wayne gave fans a scare last week when rumors spread via Twitter claiming that he is in very bad shape and is breathing through tubes.

However, his YMCMB associates, Birdman and Mack Maine, refute those claims and cast the blame squarely on TMZ, who first broke the story.

Lil Wayne also sent out a tweet letting fans know that he is doing okay.

“I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love,” lil Wayne wrote on Twitter on Match 15th.

Nevertheless, we are all happy Weezy is doing much better.
