Lil Wayne is still being treated in intensive care in a Los Angeles hospital after suffering several seizures last week.
The last update on his condition is that he is recovering, but he may never fully recover from the damages to his body.

Multiple reports suggest that the YMCMB rapper may have done some serious damage to his liver after an alleged overdose from sizzurp.
Sizzurp is an addictive after market drug contain codeine and promethazine. The drink is usually made by combining prescription strength cough syrup and high surgery sodas like Coke.
The drug is also known to cause severe liver damage if consumed over a period of time. Lil Wayne has been rumored to be drinking the substance since 2007.

“Everybody got the cup now,” Lil Wayne said in a 2011 interview. “I started drinking [syrup] because I’m from the south. People been drinking syrup for years. That’s where it was made popular. I’m human…I respected it because it was a culture.”
So far Nicki Minaj, Birdman, Drake, and Chris Paul have all visited Lil Wayne at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.
