One member of the Twins of Twins dancehall duo was reportedly charged for using profanity and disorderly conduct during their performance at Monday’s Sting show at Jamworld Portmore.
Curly Lox, whose real name is Patrick Gaynor, was slapped with the charges following the show. Although several other artistes set was laced with profanity, Gaynor was the only one to be charged.
During the Twins clash with Sound System Selector/deejay Tony Matterhorn, the promoters issued a warning to the comedic deejay, but he did not comply. He was subsequently removed from the stage and escorted from the venue and charged.
Senior Superintendent of Police Collin Pinnock of the St Catherine South Police Division confirmed the arrest. “Gaynor was the only artiste who was arrested and charged.”
Gaynor is out on station bail.
