Erica Banks has yet to win over fans for her controversial BBL.
While surgery is becoming less popular in pop culture, a lot of women in hip-hop still opt to go through with surgery. Erica Banks is one of the female rappers who has never been shy about her BBL surgery, with some fans even suggesting that she might’ve gone too far with hers. She previously revealed that she went for a second round of surgery which further increased the size of her butt and hips.
The Houston rapper has been making a name for herself in hip-hop with a handful of hits as she steadily grows her music catalog. The “Buss It” rapper also made a stint on Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta while still pursuing her rap career. Still, these days, Banks is getting more attention for her BBL than her music, and not in a good way. It’s safe to say that she is getting the opposite reaction than perhaps she had intended when she went on the operating table.

Erica Banks is not letting her critics downplay her confidence. The Texas native came out in full force earlier this week for her Cocky On Purpose Tour stop in Atlanta, where she invited a male fan on stage for a lap dance. The video has since gone viral online, resulting in the “Too That” rapper being dragged relentlessly. Some fans credited her for getting her money’s worth, but most folks say the clip made them cringe.
“I feel bad, she shouldn’t have gotten that second round damn, anyone else face scrunched up?” one fan wrote. Another fan wrote, “Too much body not enough ponytail love her music but this is too much shoulda stick to the first round that was tea but now this is super cringe.”
Full credit to Erica Banks because she is not letting any of the online criticisms get to her as she continues her tour in support of her new album.
