More allegations are surfacing following the shocking arrest of Lil Durk in Florida early Friday morning.

The Chicago rapper is currently being held in a Broward County jail awaiting his first court hearing on charges of murder for hire involving an alleged hit put out on rival rapper Quando Rondo. Five men whom the feds say are Lil Durk’s OTF associates were arrested in Chicago on Thursday, and within hours, the OTF rapper was picked up by US Marshals in Florida as part of the same case.

According to a grand jury indictment, a credit card linked to OTF was used to purchase flights and rental cars for the five men to fly to Los Angeles to murder Quando Rondo. The indictment also claimed that someone at OTF offered a music opportunity to anyone who would kill Rondo. Lil Wurk’s arrest has now placed a large spotlight on his OTF outfit as the label fights against allegations that it is a gang.

At least one OTF member is now alleging that another associate of the collective wore a wire to help federal investigators with their investigation. According to a post by The Neighborhood Talk, a screenshot from a post someone named OTF Twin made showing a photo of the man who allegedly wore a wire, which may have led to evidence against Lil Durk. DJ Akademiks also shared a video of the alleged informant discussing his relationship with Durk.

Quando Rondo escaped death in 2022 after being shot at in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles that left his cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson, dead. The incident was among several other alleged attempts at the Savannah rapper’s life since the 2020 killing of OTF rapper King Von. Timothy “Lul Tim” Leeks was arrested and charged with murder for Von’s death, but the charges were later dismissed under Georgia’s “stand-your-ground” law, which means it was in self-defense.

A video from the 2020 incident that claimed King Von’s life outside of a nightclub in Atlanta shows the OTF rapper and his crew getting into a fight with Quando Rondo and his crew. Shots were fired, and Von was transported to a hospital with gunshot wounds, where he was pronounced dead.

Federal investigators say someone at OTF put out a hit on Quando Rondo, which resulted in the five men hunting him down in Los Angeles in 2022.

Lil Durk could face the death penalty or decades in prison if found guilty of the charges.
