Big Sean links up with his ex-girlfriend Jhené Aiko and Ty Dolla $ign on a new collaboration, “Single Again.”
Sean Don has been cooking in the studio. His new song “Single Again” is the second track he released this week after dropping off his “Overtime” freestyle on Wednesday. In a surprising move, Big Sean taps his former TWENTY88 group member and ex-girlfriend Jhené Aiko. Rapper Ty Dolla $ign also dropped some gems on the track that sampled Carl Thomas classic single “I Wish.”
“I’m single again (Single again) / Told her we’ll be better off friends (Uh) / Maybe I should just focus on me (On me) / And slow down, don’t rush romance / I’m single again (Single again),” Big Sean raps on the hook.
Sean Don has been reflecting about his new perspective on life on Twitter as he announced his return back to the music scene and social media. “There’s beauty in being your own source of happiness and fun and working on yourself,” he wrote on Twitter. “That’s the process I been going through personally and it can be a scary thing.”
