Fast rising reggae/dancehall star Khago has been nominated for a MOBO Award.
The “Nah Sell Out” singjay was nominated for Best Reggae Act along with the likes of Mavado, Jah Cure, Alborosie, Damian Marley and Nas.
In a release to the media, Khago said:
“Two of the show go mad, one was postponed, mi so happy to see people come out to see me, the world was just hidden from me and now my eyes are open, and mi feel so good to know how well my career is going. Mi really enjoy the London carnival as well, performing in front of 1.8 million people.”
Khago achieved major success last year with hit debut single “Nah Sell Out” prompting him to do a follow up “Nah Sell Out Pt 2.” His latest single “Blood A Boil” remained at number 1 three weeks straight on the Fiwi Choice Top Ten charts.

“Mi ah look forward to performing on the truck on the Parkway alongside Mr Vegas in front of all those Caribbean people,” he said.
