Diddy landed in trouble in court for staring down jurors during his ongoing trial.
Diddy’s sex trafficking case is nothing short of courtroom drama fitting for a TV show. From bombshell testimonies to courtroom theatrics from the defendant saw the judge scolding him on more than one occasion. Earlier this week, the judge reprimanded the hip-hop billionaire for displaying his facial emotions during trial.

Now Judge Arun Subramanian has accused Diddy of not only making faces towards the jury but also nodding at them in the midst of witness testimony. “Mr. Agnifilo, your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously,” Subramanian told the mogul’s defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo. “This can’t continue or I will give a limiting instruction you won’t like, or other measures including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?”
Agnifilo assured the judge that “It’s not going to happen again.” The judge issued a stern warning that the action cannot happen again.
During last week’s court proceedings, Diddy was seen allegedly passing notes to his defense attorney. In other court hearings, the Bad Boy Records founder was seen blowing kisses towards his mother, who has been showing up to court to support him.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura gave an emotional and detailed testimony at the start of the trial, which sparked widespread condemnation from fans on social media. A key piece of evidence at the heart of the trial is the video of Combs assaulting Cassie at a hotel in Los Angeles. The video was first released in the public space before the trial, but prosecutors played a much longer version in court, showing more of what went down.
Diddy’s attorneys tried to get the video excluded from the trial and even alleged it was doctored by unknown individuals.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Jane testimony
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend “Jane” testified on Friday (day 18) of his trial and made some damning revelations, including sharing details about their “hotel nights,” the term they used for the freak-offs. Jane is a pseudonym for the woman testifying on the witness stand. She gave details about their relationship, including how she would carry drugs and sex workers across state lines for him.
Jane testified that she and Diddy had a freak-off as recent as August 2024, a month before his arrest in New York, where he was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and kidnapping. She told the court that the alleged hookup happened at his mansion on Star Island in Miami, one of the homes raided by the feds last year.
The true identity of the female was not released, but sources say she is a well-known influencer.
