French Montana is out the ICU and is well on his way to recovery.
After what felt like weeks — but was really only 9 days — the rapper has been discharged from ICU. The stint at the San Fernando Valley Hospital began on November 21st when French Montana was rushed from his Calabasas home after experiencing intense stomach pain and nausea, as well as an elevated heart rate, which caused him to collapse.
It took medical personnel several days to diagnose what was wrong with the “Writing on the Wall” rapper, who was obviously pretty bored lying in a hospital bed hooked up to an IV all day. Luckily, his friend Megan Thee Stallion came to keep him company during the week, teasing him to “Get you motherf***** a*s out this motherf***** bed and go home!” And it seems like that’s exactly what he has now done!
After posting on his Instagram Story about his ninth day at the medical facility (which happened to be Thanksgiving), with the remark, “Send me a plate lol,” French Montana added another post later in the day informing fans that he was on the way home — finally!
“Thank you everyone for all of the prayers, love and support,” he wrote alongside the shirtless pic of himself. “I’m finally out of ICU and am getting better one day at a time!!!”
47 Meters Down: Uncaged actress, Nia Long, was one of the many to comment how pleased they were about the news, stating, “Man listen… you had me worried.”
We wish French a speedy full recovery!
