Soulja Boy Release From Jail Early On Good Behavior

Soulja Boy

Soulja Boy is home soon.

Big Draco was released from jail early Sunday morning, and he has since let it be known to his fans that he is home. Soulja Boy was sent to jail for violating his probation back in April where he was sentenced to 240 days behind bars and 265 days of community service. According to TMZ, the L.A. Sheriff’s Dept. confirmed that the SODMG rapper was released from jail 146 days early due to good behavior while serving time, as well as, overcrowding.

Soulja Boy will still have to do his court-ordered community service even though he was released early. Part of the reasons why he was sent to jail was because he allegedly falsified documents claiming that he had completed his previous court-ordered community service.

Soulja Boy found himself in legal troubles back in February when his ex-girlfriend filed a police report claiming that the rapper held her against her will. Cops raided his home as part of their investigation and found ammunition. Nevertheless, the rapper scored a big legal victory while he was in jail when the Ventura County District Attorney rejected the kidnapping case due to lack of sufficient evidence against him.

His ex-girlfriend told cops that he tied her up in his garage and held her for six hours. Cops were unable to find evidence to substantiate her claims.
