Yella Beezy wants his shooters to know he is still alive and kicking.
Rapper Yella Beezy sends a clear message to his enemies on Tuesday night when he posted a video from his hospital letting them know he is still with us. The Dallas rapper, real name Deandre Conway, was shot multiple times last weekend. Beezy was found by police on the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Lewisville at approximately 3:30 AM on Sunday, according to The Dallas Morning News. The rapper was driving on the highway when another vehicle pulled up beside him and opened fire. He was struck at least three times but managed to survived.
“I’m in a blessed position because ima blessed individual . God got the last say so Dallas tell the world we on @bet …. we made it !!!!! #Thatsonmebaby,” Yella Beezy said on Instagram while watching his performance on BET on a TV in front of his bed.
Sources say Beezy has a long way to recover but is expected to make a full recovery from his injuries. The Texas rapper was working on some new music before being shot, and now it’s unclear if he will put his new releases on pause until he recovers, or if he will be dropping a new project sometime soon. Nevertheless, it’s great news to know that he will be okay and will be back doing what he loves and taking care of his family. In the meantime, police are actively on the hunt for his shooter.
