Playboi Carti has canceled his upcoming international tour due to “personal reasons”.
The “Magnolia” rapper abruptly canceled his planned tour of Australia and New Zealand which was set to get underway tonight in Perth. The exact reasons for the cancellation of the tour is not yet known, but in a statement released to the media, the rapper cites personal reasons for the last-minute decision to pull the plug.
Back in March, Playboi Carti postponed the tour for unknown reasons and there are already some chatters on social media claiming that he was unable to secure his travel doc.
The good news for ticket holders is that they are eligible to get back their money spent on tickets. This will help calm the anger being displayed by Playboi Carti’s fans down under.
TOUR CANCELLED: @playboicarti’s AU & NZ tour this month has been cancelled due to artist personal reasons. We apologise to those affected by this cancellation.
All ticketholders will automatically be refunded, no further action is required.
