Twitter was lit on fire after the latest accuser in Usher’s ongoing herpes scandal stepped forward with her attorney Lisa Bloom.
Quantasia Sharpton, one of two new women suing Usher for allegedly exposing them to herpes, held a press conference in New York City with famed attorney Lisa Bloom. She claims that she met Usher at one of his concerts a few years ago and that was when they had sexual contact and he never warned her about having any STD.
“We spoke for a while and then we engaged in sexual contact,” Quantasia Sharpton said at her press conference. “He never warned me about any STDs, it was just after my 19th birthday. When I first heard he had herpes I couldn’t believe it… I would have never consented if I had known.”
The 21-year-old female also revealed that she is certain that she is negative for herpes because she had a baby last year. Lisa Bloom will be filing a lawsuit in California on behalf of Sharpton and another woman and a man who will be listed on the suit as Jane Doe and John Doe. Nevertheless, since revealing her identity at a press conference, Twitter and Instagram have been ignited.
Comedian Lil Dival has also weighed in and got some laughter as well as some backlash for his comments. “I refused to believe that Usher f**** this, he wrote while adding on Instagram, “So usher picked u out of all the women in the crowd huh? mental illness is killing our society & THAT LAWYER AINT SH*T! Cuz She using that b**ch slowness for her personal gain #lifeisaspoof.”
