Ninjaman has added his voice to the ongoing debate in dancehall surrounding Alkaline music video where the deejay totted rifles.
The police commissioner has ordered an investigation into both Alkaline and Vybz Kartel recent music videos. Two police officers are also facing disciplinary actions for taking roles in Alkaline video shot by Jay Will. Ninjaman posted one of his usual video logs explaining the dos and don’ts of usual firearms as props in music videos.
“Whether its a board gun, or a water gun, or a clappers gun… or a license firearm, or a police gun, or a soldier gun as long as it’s not in the right person’s possession it is illegal,” Ninjaman said. “When you doing these things involving guns you should get the police involve.”
Ninjaman has a lot of experience using guns as props in music videos, in his on stage performance and in movies.
