Kodak Black legal troubles are far from over and they just keep piling up up.
The Pompano Beach rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, is currently under police investigation for allegedly kicking and punching a female employee inside a strip club in Miami. This is another serious accusation for the rapper who is currently on house arrest and should at all times get permission from the Florida Department of Corrections to leave his house. The department has already added this to the list of ways it is accusing the 19-year-old rapper of breaking the terms of his house arrest, which could send him back to jail.
The Sun Sentinel reported that Kodak Black punched the female employee at the club several times and kicked her. “He began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after,” the site wrote. The rapper’s lawyers declined to comment on the allegation citing a pending motion related to his case currently before the courts.
Last month, Kodak Black was arrested last month for probation violation on two occasions when he left his house and visited a strip club.
