Lil Wayne is on the to be the biggest selling rapper this year.
Weeks after Jay-Z and Kanye West broke the first week sales record for iTunes with their collaborative album Watch the Throne, Lil Wayne shattered that record with his latest album Tha Carter IV in just four days.
Weezy reportedly sold more than 300,000 copies of Tha Carter IV since it hit the web on Monday (Aug 28).
Carter IV is now projected to sell between 925,000 and 975,000 copies, whereas earlier estimates put the album between 850,000 and 900,000 units.
