Dancehall heavy weights Bounty Killer, Beenie Man and Movado are set to perform at the Stone Love anniversary anniversary tomorrow.
Stone Love, the longest serving sound system in Jamaica, will be celebrating their 38th anniversary with an awards presentation in its birth place Portmore. The anniversary celebrations will be held at the Royal View Hotel, Port Henderson Road, Portmore.
Weighing in on the development, Stone Love founder Winston “Wee Pow” Powell said he receive a lot of support from Portmore fans.
“It’s definitely Portmore for sure!” We’ve always gotten excellent support from the people in Portmore and St Catherine, so we decided to move closer to them.”
Artists who will grace the stage at the grand celebration includes Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Mavado, Sizzla, Elephant Man, Ikaya and Toya and more.
This calendar event attracts which has attracted fans from as far east as Japan will be taken on a musical journey by Wee Pow, Rory, Geefus, Billy Slaughter and Diamond, who will be joined by the other Stone Love selectors.
