Atlanta rapper T.I. is scheduled to stand before a federal judge next week Friday for his probation violation hearing.
Urban Islandz broke news last month that the rapper and his wife Tiny was arrest in Los Angeles for possessing drugs.
T.I. will stand before Judge Charles Pannell Jr. on October 15, to try and answer the drug possession charges, after he and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were caught with ecstasy on September 1st.
In addition to being in possession of ecstasy ,the rapper failed a drug test taken after his arrest. To compound the situation, TIP was in the company of a convicted felon, which could also violate the terms of his probation.
T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., could be sent back to prison for up to three years for violating his probation, for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2007, prior to the BET Hip-Hop Awards.
