Mavado is pushing his international career to the limit and with the help of his new sound track single for the movie Beyond the Lights he will reach an even bigger audience.
The dancehall singjay teams with Relativity Music Group and Nicki Minaj on two singles that will be features on the 13-track album.
Mavado and the Trinidadian rapper collaborated last year on “Give It All To Me,” produced by JA Productions and again this year on “C’mon Boy,” produced by The-Dream.
Beyond The Lights sound track also features appearances from Rita Ora, Jacob Banks, Stacy Barthe, and Birdy.
The movie hit theaters on November 14.
Mavado has been busy in the studio working on his new album Hands of Gully, due early next year.
Mavado also has two new tracks on dancehall airwaves “The Truth,” and “Clear D Way.”
He also has a new music video out for “My Own / Paypa.”
