The Game is now a wanted man after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
The Game is now plotting whether or not he should turn himself in to police or let them come and arrest him. Either way he is heading to jail. The warrant was issued after the Compton rapper failed to appear in court within 48 hours for Priscilla Rainey’s $7.1 million case against him. Back in 2015, Rainey sued Game for allegedly sexually assaulting her on his reality TV show, She Got Game.
The Documentary rapper never responded to the lawsuit and an Illinois Federal Judge awarded the female a default judgement of $7.1 million. Priscilla Rainey’s attorney now wants the court to force The Game to turn over his financial documents. The rapper has refused to cooperate so far.
The alleged assault took place during an off camera date when during filming of The Game’s VH1 reality show She Got Game. The West Coast rapper denied the allegations, but ended up losing the lawsuit because he didn’t respond to it.
The Game also filed a countersuit against Viacom, but ended up losing that case after a judge completely throw it out. Game also requested a new trial and that too was denied by a judge.
The Game will be arrested on site, per the warrant issued.
