The two YMCMB execs appeared on Mannie Fresh new single “Hate” which also features Juvenile. The song was released on Thursday on Cash Money Records.
Lil Wayne and Birdman Close To A Deal Working On New Music
Although Lil Wayne and Birdman have moved towards squashing their beef earlier this year, the two are still embroiled in a legal battle with Weezy still holding onto his $51 million lawsuit against the company.
Like Wayne, Juvenile has also had his fair share of legal issues with Cash Money and Birdman. Perhaps everyone is trying to put all those bad patches behind them and get back to the glory days of the Hot Boys in the late 1990s.

Birdman only appears on the song intro and outro so its sort of not really a reunion.
“It was a long time coming…The fans demanded this,” Mannie Fresh told AllHipHop. “To them, it’s iconic. People were like, ‘This is what I want to see. It’s necessary that y’all come back and do this album.’ And even show the planet that whatever was going on with us we can get over that and be brilliant businessmen as well as entrepreneurs and put some money on the table and watch the magic happen.”
Lil Wayne and Birdman reunited in January at a nightclub in Miami following a lengthy phone conversation.
