Diddy allegedly called himself the “devil” while dangling Cassie’s friend over a hotel balcony.
The scary incident was detailed in a new lawsuit against the hip-hop mogul by his former employee and friend of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Bryana “Bana” Bonglan’s attorney filed a $10 million battery lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging that the billionaire label exec physically assaulted her and dangled her over the 17th floor of a hotel balcony in Los Angeles. The alleged incident happened at Cassie’s luxury Los Angeles pad “on or about September 26. 2016.”

Bonglan says she previously worked for Diddy as a fashion designer and is a friend of his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who sued him last year, which the two quickly settled. She claimed that the Bad Boy Records mogul forced himself onto her while the two were in the hotel room. “He forcibly groped her breasts, dangled her from a balcony and battered her,” the lawsuit reads. “She reasonably believed that Combs’ assault was him making good on his threats.”
The legal docs also allege that Diddy called himself the devil while dangling her over the balcony and slamming her into patio furniture. “Mr. Combs’ threats that he was the ‘motherf—ing devil,’ and that ‘he could kill’ her were intended to terrorize intimidate, and instill fear,” the 17-page lawsuit reads.
The rumors of the balcony incident came up last year after Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy detailing years of abuse and sexual exploits she endured while dating the billionaire. Several months later, a video of Combs attacking Cassie at a Los Angeles hotel was released by CNN. That video is not making this new lawsuit look good for the entertainment mogul. Combs has since issued an apology for his actions in the video.
The rapper’s attorneys have since responded to the lawsuit, telling Deadline, “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”
Diddy is already facing numerous allegations of sexual assaults and exploitation numbering in the triple digits, with some alleged victims claiming that they were minors when their alleged incident occurred.
To add insult to injury, Diddy was again denied bond by a federal court judge this week in his fourth attempt at bail. The judge stated in his ruling that the community’s safety couldn’t be guaranteed if Combs was released on bond. Combs is facing charges of kidnapping, racketeering, and sex trafficking, which carries decades in prison if convicted. Prosecutors have also indicated that more charges could be forthcoming as a grand jury continues to review evidence and hear testimony from potential witnesses.
