Justin Bieber says he is taking a much needed break from music.
The Canadian pop star told his fans that music is very important to him but he now have to hit the pause button to fix some “deep rooted issues” that he has been dealing with for a while. Justin Bieber explained that he has been touring for all of his teenage life and early twenties and now he just want to take a break and work on himself.
“I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour,” he wrote in a message on Instagram.
There have been some new reporting claiming that Justin Bieber has been getting treatment for depression and anxiety. The singer didn’t directly addressed those reports, but he did allude to his quest to fix a deep rooted problem. “I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be,” he wrote.
Perhaps the best part of his message was when he assured his fans that he will return with a “kick a*s album ASAP.”
Justin Bieber’s last album Purpose was released in 2015 and his fans have been asking him for some new music since last year.
