Cardi B and Offset are calling on their fans to help save 21 Savage from deportation.
The “A Lot” rapper is currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) pending a court hearing sometime this week where he will learn his fate. 21 Savage friends in the hip-hop community have been rallying behind him in hopes of saving him from getting deported to the United Kingdom. Cardi B and her husband Offset have been very vocal about their support for their fellow Atlanta rapper, even going as far as to take on critics like Tomi Lahren.
“We will read and educate ourselves on this situation and we will take action!” Cardi B wrote on Instagram. “21 did not come here illegally and was not caught doing anything illegal or doing any mischief! in fact he have change his whole life around and as ya can see he’s been very positive in his actions and music.”
She even thanks 21 Savage for being a real friend to herself and Offset. “Thank you @21savage for being really good friend to me and @offsetyrn and always coming thru when we need you,” she said.
