Alkaline Put His Enemies In “Deep Sleep”

Alkaline is ready to put his enemies in a “Deep Sleep.”

Alkaline responds to chatters that he fell off with a brand new track “Deep Sleep.” The gritty track was produced by Gego Don Records and features the Vendetta boss spitting lyrics over a dark dancehall beat. “Gego the links big like the mafia weh them have a Russia, love me killer them all a me steppa them a crusher, Anyhow we see the target over deh so we a go fah,” Alka rhymes.

Recently some folks in dancehall circles started suggesting that Alkaline fell off this year, but sources inside the Vendetta camp told Urban Islandz exclusively this week that the deejay is just busy overseas touring, but he got a lot more music coming. “Vendetta always a tour overseas a go some places some man only dream of, plus Alka songs them still a rinse on radios and every dance,” a rep for the Vendetta crew told us. “We have a lot more song coming just stay tuned we never fall off.”

Last month, Alkaline released a new song titled “Dutty Badmind” rumored to be a diss towards Bounty Killer whom he had a spat with on social media recently. “Deep Sleep” is a lot darker in content and showcases the Young Lord’s versatility in stringing together a hardcore dancehall hit.
