Nicki Minaj reminded us of her lyrical prowess in her skit on Saturday Night Live season finale.
The Young Money rapper is one of those ride or die best friends in her skit on SNL last night. Nicki Minaj is getting ready to drop her forthcoming album next month so she is now doing a little promo run which includes a major performance on the season finale of SNL with Tina Fey, Aidy Bryant, and Kate McKinnon.
Nicki takes part in a music video-themed skit which includes all three ladies for a track called “Friendship Song” which is about girl power and female friendship. “I’ll rip up her life, yo, get the knife / ‘Cause you lowkey my wife, you my b*tch for life / You a ten, she a two, life s*cks for her / It’s goin’ down when we come out, it’s up for her / Let’s punch her in her face and take her jewels / It’s May, we don’t play with them April Fools,” Nicki raps.
The track is also a diss record towards another female so perhaps this is Nicki Minaj’s way of taking shots at her nemesis Remy Ma or perhaps even Lil Kim. Nicki also performed her smash hit “Chun-Li” on SNL watch below.
