Young M.A. “I Lost 20 Pounds In Two Months” Preps New Music

Young M.A. has stepped forward to address her massive weight loss.

Reports have been circulating in recent weeks that the “OOOUUU” rapper has lost a ton of weight. Now she is confirming the speculations via her Instagram account and announcing some new music. Young M.A. didn’t wait until the new year to start her weight loss journey, but she did wait for the year to start to prep her new music. She revealed that she went on a strict diet regiment and regular exercise to drop 20 pounds in two months.

She cut meat from her diet including chicken, beef, pork, lamb, and turkey. Young M.A. also significantly slash her alcohol intake to only drinking occasionally in a social setting. Her discipline paid off big time. Here is what she wrote:

“To all my supporters that keep saying I lost weight.. yes it was on purpose lol I’ve stop eating meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb…) I cut my liquor intake into “occasionally only” lol.. I’ve been in the gym consistently… and I’ve been watching my calorie intake.. it was discipline for me of course. In 2 months I’ve dropped 20 pounds.. Always wanted to change my diet but wasn’t mentally ready for it at first.. Honestly since I’ve changed my diet I’ve been less exhausted.. I wake up with full energy.. and also mentally I feel good… I just want to say to all my supporters if you are not happy with anything in your life you have the power to change it! Only you! Young M.A. accomplished what even some of the most hardcore fitness fanatic finds difficult, dropping twenty pounds in a mere two months. The result is she feeling better physically and mentally. DJ Khaled is also looking to drop some weight after he became the newest face of Weight Watcher’s.
