The new year brings new joy for Janet Jackson who just welcomed her first child at age 50 with husband Wissam Al Mana.
The couple named their first child Eissa Al Mana. The pop icon had a stress-free delivery on Tuesday (Tuesday, Jan 03rd), a rep for the singer told CNN. Jackson and Al Mana secretly tied the knott in 2012 but did not announced their marriage to the public until April 6, 2016 when she postponed her “Unbreakable World Tour” due to her pregnancy.
“I thought it was important that you be the first to know,” she told her fans in a clip posted on her Instagram page.
Wissam Al Mana is a wealthy fashion tycoon who runs the family business with his two brothers and has built a luxury empire in the middle east. Al Mana Retail represents sophisticated brands such as Giorgio Armani, Hermes, Balenciaga, and Roberto Cavalli. Al Mana also a stakeholder in the Saks Fitfh Avenue stores in Dubai, Bahrain, and Kuwait, flagship A/X Exchange in a Qatar shopping mall.
The power couple is elated to have a heathy bouncing baby boy.
