Offset, who is one of the members of rap group Migos, was arrested on Thursday in Atlanta for driving on a suspended license.
Cops pulled over the rapper outside of a Sushi Restaurant and placed him in cuffs after running his name through the database and found out that his license was suspended.
His drivers license was suspended over a outstanding $316 fine traffic ticket and failure to appear. His attorney, Drew Findling, told TMZ that the rapper thought that the fine was paid.
Last year, Offset served 8 months in jail for a drugs and weapons charge. He is currently serving 5 years probation. This latest arrest could cause him more time behind bars for probation violation.
Offset is expected to post bail on Friday morning.
