Rihanna Praise Eminem “The Most Prestigious Rapper of our Generation”

Rihanna has collaborated with Eminem not one but two times. The two worked together back in 2010 on “Love The Way You Lie” which was a big hit and again in 2013 on “The Monster” which was another huge hit.

So its no surprise when you ask Rihanna about Em she will tell you that he is perhaps one of the greatest rappers of all time.

Rihanna New Album “ANTI” Cover Art & Release Date

“He’s one of my favorite people,” RiRi told Vanity Fair in her recent interview with the mag. “He’s got so many layers and he’s such a good person—focused, disciplined. I mean you can’t tell me that you have to be in the club when Eminem is legit at home and being a good father and is still one of the most prestigious rappers of our generation. He’s one of the most talented poets of our time.”

Rihanna also added that working with the Detroit lyricist on “Love The Way You Lie” helped her to express how she felt about relationships at the time.

“It was such a brilliant moment to have him ask me to be part of a record; I felt … anointed, because he thought I was cool enough to be on ‘Love the Way You Lie’,” she said. “But also, the lyrics [about a dysfunctional relationship] were just so true to what I felt and couldn’t say to the world at that time.”

Rihanna is also on the cover of the latest issue of the mag. She is also readying her new album ANTI for a release by the end of the year.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Eminem but something tells us that he could be getting back in the studio soon to deliver another classic body of work.

In related news, Eminem was named No. 3 on Billboard list of 10 Greatest Rappers of All Time.

  1. Eff this stupid vvhore.
She is right though. Mr. Mathers is the GOAT.

  2. I don’t want to be that guy but Rihanna and Eminem have actually collaborated 4 times: Love the Way you Lie Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 and also Numb and the Monster.

    • It’s ok , by all means , please go ahead and be “that guy”. I was literally thinking the same thing , like hasn’t anyone else heard the other songs they have together ?? Numb is my favorite song off of the unapologetic album actually.

    • I was thinking along the same lines

Rihanna is right Eminem is the greatest, but I wonder how JayZ feel about this!? Lol

    • She didn’t say Eminen was “the greatest.” She said he was “one of the most prestigious”…and talented rappers. I’m sure she agrees that Biggie and Tupac were actually “the greatest.” Then, Jay-Z would follow.

      • jay-z sucks

      • LOL…Jay-z used to be better. Aging has somewhat caught up with him. But overall, he still qualifies at the top, following the two greatest that I named. Eminen is great too, but I would rank him a little further down the list.

    • I didn’t read her saying he’s the greatest, but.. Jay-Z’s album catalog is WAAAAY more consistent than Em’s, lol. Em had some albums that downright SUCKED = no replay value. Em’s first two mainstream albums (SSLP & MMLP) were his best work to date – and I’ll even throw in Eminem Show. After THOSE albums…. O_O…. So, no… He’s not “the greatest”.. He IS a GREAT – just not the greaTEST..
