Beyonce, Sam Smith Leads 2015 Grammy Nomination

The Recording Academy released the full list for the 2015 Grammy nomination and Beyonce, Taylor Swift, U2, and Sam Smith are among the top nominees.

The former Destiny’s Child star received six nominations making her the most-nominated female artist of all-time.

Beyonce’s landmark self-titled album also received the biggest nomination Album Of The Year. Also nominated for this award includes Sam Smith’s “In the Lonely Hour,” Ed Sheeran’s “X,” Pharrell’s “Girl” and Beck’s “Morning Phase.”

The “Drunk In Love” singer was also nominated for Best R&B Song, Best R&B Performance, Best Music Film, Best Surround-Sound, and Best Urban Contemporary Album.

Music newcomer Sam Smith also receives six nominations including Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Record of the Year. Sam Smith was also nominated for Best New Artist. Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Brandy Clark, and Haim are also nominated for Best New Artist.
